MAITENANCE PROCESS AT G PLUS FACTORY

1.Check the initial vacuum:
Maximum vacuum tested; motor amperage is recorded, pump body temperature, visual inspection, all additional parts and accessories record

2. Disassembly:

 Your pump is empty and completely disassembled. Hazardous materials are sent to a waste treatment service that ensures environmental hygiene

3.Diagnosis:
All parts are tested for excessive wear, checked for all tolerances and analyzed for any failures. Estimates have now been written and submitted to the client for approval.

4.Decontamination:

 All pump components undergo multiple cleaning processes to remove paint, rust and oil; including solvent washing, high temperature caustic cleaning and a neutralization bath.

5.Assemble:
Once authorized, the parts are disassembled and assembled by hand, the pump is assembled using all new wear parts, such as: shaft seal, relief valve, vane, ring o-rings, washers, etc., are refilled with vacuum oil or distilled hydrocarbons

6. Test run:

 24-36 Hour Quality Test Run and Check: All pumps are run for a minimum of 24 hours during which temperature, amperage, exhaust emissions and final vacuum are monitored. track.


7.Quality check:

 Your industrial vacuum pump  will then be quality checked by the QC department to ensure proper operation, including all the accessories listed earlier in 1st step

8.Final inspection report:

 Final pressure, motor amperage, safety and normal operation of all accessories are checked and recorded in the Final Inspection Report.


9. G PLUS Delivery:

 Your pump comes with a standard specification sheet with all pertinent information, including motor voltage, final pressure, date of repair, type of oil, etc., encased in plastic and sealed. pallet, or prepared for delivery or receipt
